In order to better serve our customers and provide the quickest and most efficient service, we provide the following shipping method:
* Standard Ground - Usually delivered within 2-5 business days * 2nd-Day Air - Guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day * Next Day Air - Guaranteed on-time delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or the end of next business day depending on location
When will my order ship? All image engraving will be ship 5 days after order. Due to the customizing engraving, it will take time to produce the crystal image. All Character engraving products will be ship in 3 days. Products without any customize engraving will be ship the next day. All orders order on Friday will be process the following Monday.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Engraved products are non-refundable. All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one. All Damage on Arrival must be reported within 2 days of received of product. An RMA must be requested within 7 days of the receiving the product. Exchanges or returns must be make with in 14 days of received of product. After 14 days, there will be a 25% restocking fee for returns. All sales are final after 30 days from the sales date. The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issued date. When returning product, Use a carrier that can track packages. westeastimports.com will not be responsible for shipment lost due to package missing by carriers. All items must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Please note all returns conditions listed below, as applicable to your return.
